Job description

Join a remote team as an Enrollment Specialist, helping adults with complex mental health needs access care. You'll be the first point of contact, guiding patients and families through the intake process.

Details

Remote, must be located in PST, MST, or CST time zones
Salary: $21.00–$27.00/hour based on location
2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare-related setting
Experience in the mental health field preferred

The work

Answer inbound calls from potential patients and families
Review Verification of Benefits and understand coverage details
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on patient referrals
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
