$125,000 - $145,000 per year + performance-based bonus
Unrestricted registered license as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, or LPC in California
Experience with severe mental illness and creating personalized treatment plans

The work

Lead and supervise an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes
Head the intake process and craft individualized treatment plans
Engage in the care of complex patients, providing support to the clinical team
Devise and implement strategic initiatives to elevate quality of care
