You will run test programs for electric propulsion systems in Reading, UK. This role involves hands-on work with propulsion engineers to ensure flight-ready hardware.

The work

Plan and own propulsion test campaigns for NEO-1 and customer thruster deliveries
Design and implement test rigs and equipment for propulsion testing
Operate vacuum systems and analyze test results
Document test configurations and work with engineers to integrate new iterations
