Join NetBox Labs as a Senior Software Backend Engineer to build core services for identity and access control. Work remotely from LATAM and collaborate with various teams to deliver complex backend components.

4+ years of software development experience
Backend programming experience in Python or Go
Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration

The work

Act as the team's go-to expert for a core area of Foundations
Design and build backend services for the platform
Own delivery of complex components within Foundations projects
Mentor engineers through pairing, code review, and design review
