7+ years in Sales Enablement or Sales Operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
Strong technical aptitude and experience with technical products

Own revenue enablement for various teams, tailoring delivery to each audience
Design onboarding and certification paths to shorten time to first deal
Turn product information into sales-ready guidance and training materials
Define and track enablement KPIs to improve the program based on feedback
