Join the Client Solutions Engineering team to enhance Mia's AI communication platform for car dealerships. You'll work on integrations, production changes, and client support in a hybrid role based in Austin.

Details

Austin, hybrid schedule (3 days/week in office)
5+ years of software engineering experience
Skills: Python, relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), third-party API integrations, Azure, TypeScript, React

The work

Design, build, and ship features across the platform
Own production changes end-to-end and respond to incidents
Support dealer onboarding and collaborate with Account Managers
Represent engineering with clients during pilots and rollouts
