4+ years of experience in recruiting operations or HR coordination
Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS systems

Own recruiting coordination for multiple open roles
Design and manage the onboarding experience for new hires
Maintain data accuracy across HRIS and ATS
Identify opportunities to improve People Operations efficiency
