You will manage the full implementation process for federal customers in a hybrid role based in New York. This position involves working closely with engineering teams and agency stakeholders to ensure successful software deployments.

3+ years in SaaS implementation or related roles

The work

Own end-to-end federal implementations including configuration and training
Lead onboarding for agency stakeholders and translate needs into rollout plans
Coordinate with engineering on integration decisions within classified environments
Build playbooks and documentation for faster future deployments
