Job description

You will manage the deployment of software solutions for federal customers in a hybrid role based in Washington, D.C. This position requires a Top Secret clearance and involves working closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementations.

Details

Washington, D.C., hybrid role, must commute to office at least three times a week
5+ years in SaaS implementation or related roles
Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance required
Skills: Go, technical fluency with APIs and data models

The work

Own end-to-end federal implementations including scoping and training
Lead onboarding for agency stakeholders and translate needs into rollout plans
Coordinate with engineering on integration decisions within classified environments
Build playbooks and documentation for faster future deployments
