Job description

You will establish and manage Kaizen's National Industrial Security Program from the ground up. This role requires a proactive approach to security compliance and personnel management in a hybrid work environment.

Details

Washington, D.C., hybrid structure, working from office Tuesday-Thursday
Active TS/SCI clearance required
Experience in standing up a NISP program from scratch
DCSA Facility Program Management certification preferred within 90 days

The work

Drive the FCL application through DCSA assessment and serve as the primary government interface
Build Kaizen's NISP program, including security procedures and insider threat programs
Manage an active clearance pipeline for personnel and conduct required security education
Lead the accreditation of Kaizen's future SCIF per ICD 705 standards
