New York, hybrid role with office presence required three times a week
8+ years of experience in Federal proposal writing
Experience at a startup or fast-moving tech company

The work

Develop and submit Federal solicitation responses, including RFx responses and white papers
Monitor Federal contracting channels for new opportunities
Translate technical work into narratives for Federal contracting officers
Build AI-assisted workflows to enhance proposal efficiency
