You will validate the performance and reliability of autonomous defense systems in Rabat. This role involves designing test plans and leading test campaigns to ensure operational readiness.

10+ years of experience
Engineering degree in aerospace, mechatronics, electronics, robotics, or related field
Working-level English; French or Arabic is a strong plus

Define validation criteria and design test plans
Create validation procedures, tooling, and test methods
Plan and lead test campaigns, analyzing data for performance
Report defects and collaborate with engineering teams for fixes
