You will help enterprise customers integrate our AI platform into their operations. This role involves leading projects to drive measurable results through automation.

Details

New York Office, hybrid working with ideally one office visit per week
$200k - $250k base salary & meaningful equity
Experience in customer-facing roles at high-growth tech companies

The work

Own the end-to-end delivery and integration of the AI platform into customer environments
Conduct deep-dive discovery to define customer objectives and requirements
Proactively analyse performance data to track AI effectiveness and drive improvements
Serve as the primary technical interface for customers during pre-sales and implementation
