$220,000 - $260,000 for Bay Area, Seattle & NYC; $175,000 - $230,000 for other cities + equity
7+ years of applied AI experience

The work

Lead applied research and development for AI models and datasets.
Design, train, and ship production classifiers for safety and quality detection.
Collaborate with engineering teams to translate customer needs into research problems.
Mentor AI Scientists and contribute to the evaluation infrastructure.
