Job description

You will build HR processes in a dynamic cybersecurity environment while partnering with various levels of management. This role requires hands-on project leadership and a strong presence in The Hague office.

The Hague, hybrid work with minimum 1 day in office, ideally 3

The work

Coach and advise leaders in security operations and customer support
Build and lead People projects from design to rollout
Handle complex employee relations cases and apply Dutch labor law
Be visible in the office, engaging with staff and understanding their needs
