$60,000 base salary plus OTE
0–3 years of experience
Comfortable using CRM systems such as Salesforce

The work

Manage the annual maintenance renewal process for assigned customer accounts
Engage customers to drive timely renewals and minimize churn
Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities
Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data in Salesforce
