You will manage financial closes and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP while working remotely from India. This role involves detailed accounting tasks across multiple portfolio companies.

  • Skills: U.S. GAAP, ERP systems (Sage Intacct, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), advanced Excel

The work

  • Complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles with zero material errors
  • Prepare and post 50+ monthly journal entries with supporting documentation
  • Reconcile 15+ balance sheet accounts monthly and maintain roll-forward schedules
  • Support internal and external audits with organized documentation
