You will establish and manage the IT function for Emergence and its portfolio companies. This role involves overseeing IT operations, vendor management, and integration during acquisitions.

Remote, U.S.-based
$140,000–$175,000 plus performance-based bonus
6-10 years in IT operations, with at least 3 in IT leadership

The work

Run the IT workstream for acquisitions, including inventory and access mapping
Build and operate the joiner/mover/leaver standard across the portfolio
Manage vendor contracts and relationships for central IT delivery
Create the integration playbook for acquisitions
