You will manage the investment execution process for majority buyout transactions in enterprise software. This role involves leading due diligence and financial modeling to support acquisition decisions.

The work

Lead financial and operational due diligence on acquisition targets
Build comprehensive financial models covering unit economics and SaaS KPIs
Write and present Investment Committee memos with diligence findings
Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams for deal execution
