Details

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or M&A advisory

The work

  • Qualify inbound opportunities against business model fit and financial profile
  • Own the financial model including LBO structuring and scenario analysis
  • Lead diligence workstreams and coordinate third-party advisors
  • Prepare and present investment committee materials
