Join a private equity firm in Canada to manage M&A workstreams and drive deal outcomes. You'll be involved in financial modeling, due diligence, and post-close support for portfolio companies.

Details

Hybrid role based in Canada
2 to 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or growth equity
Strong LBO modeling and financial analysis skills
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related analytical discipline

The work

Qualify inbound and intermediary-led opportunities
Own the financial model end-to-end including LBO structuring
Lead commercial, financial, and operational diligence workstreams
Prepare and present IC materials including investment memos and deal summaries
