The work

  • Manage the full deployment lifecycle of AI Operators with enterprise customers
  • Partner with customers to understand business processes and align on deployment goals
  • Coordinate configuration, testing, and validation of Operators
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical customer-facing incidents
