Job description

You will lead the deployment of AI Agents in enterprise environments while collaborating with customers and internal teams. This role requires strong project management skills and technical knowledge to ensure successful implementations.

The work

  • Manage the full deployment lifecycle of AI Operators with enterprise customers
  • Partner with customers to scope requirements and align on deployment goals
  • Coordinate configuration, testing, and validation of Operators
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical customer incidents
