San Francisco, hybrid model with 3+ days in-office
$180,000-$220,000 salary, eligible for equity
5-8 years of HR experience, preferably in tech or AI

The work

Partner with managers on team performance and hiring plans
Coach managers and individual contributors through growth and transitions
Advise on compensation and guide managers on offers and promotions
Lead team-level organizational design and change management
