$200K–$250K salary, eligible for equity

Lead technical success of enterprise AI deployments across multiple accounts
Set technical direction and ensure coherence in architecture and operational practices
Develop AI Engineer Leads and senior engineers, enhancing technical judgment and code quality
Serve as a senior technical partner to customer executives and business partners
