Join Clay as a Commercial Counsel to shape and scale our legal frameworks during rapid growth. You'll collaborate with various teams to provide legal guidance and manage risks as we expand internationally.

Details

  • New York, in-office position
  • 8+ years of legal experience, with a minimum of 4 years in-house experience preferred
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in the U.S.

The work

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements including customer contracts and vendor agreements
  • Provide legal guidance to Sales, Product, Operations, and HR teams
  • Drive corporate governance and compliance initiatives
  • Develop scalable legal processes and policies
