5+ years in People Operations or HR
Experience with multi-state employment compliance
Strong HRIS and systems fluency, with hands-on Rippling experience preferred

The work

Own payroll and benefits administration, including compliance and reporting
Design and run onboarding and offboarding processes
Build leveling frameworks and compensation bands
Coach managers on performance conversations and employee relations
