You will lead a team of junior accountants and ensure the accuracy of financials for multiple clients. This remote role focuses on quality assurance, month-end close, and team management.

The work

Review and approve monthly financials for approximately 60 clients
Lead and coordinate a team of 2–3 junior accountants
Monitor month-end close progress and ensure timely delivery of financials
Document accounting processes and improve workflows
