The work

Prepare balance sheets, P&Ls, and cash-flow statements with variance analysis
Manage end-to-end books: AP/AR, month-end close, and journal entries
Reconcile bank and loan accounts, investigating discrepancies
Standardize checklists and suggest tech automations
