Full-time Independent Contractor position
2+ years of U.S. tax experience required

The work

Prepare and review multi-entity tax returns and individual returns
Collaborate with U.S.-based teams and mentor junior staff
Standardize SOPs and automate processes to improve efficiency
Draft responses to IRS/state notices and manage client communications
