Job description
Join Beacon's legal team as an M&A Counsel, managing end-to-end legal aspects of acquisitions. You'll work closely with internal teams to drive transactions and leverage AI tools for efficiency.
Details
- San Francisco, CA, work from office
- 3–5 years of M&A experience
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing of at least one bar (California or Ontario preferred)
The work
- Own and execute all legal aspects of M&A transactions from LOI through closing and post-closing
- Lead and conduct legal due diligence on acquisition targets
- Work directly with investment and operations teams as the embedded legal partner
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate contract review and legal workflows
