Job description

Join Beacon's legal team as a paralegal focused on post-close legal integration for acquisitions. You'll manage integration workflows and ensure compliance while working in a fast-paced environment in Toronto.

Details

Toronto, Ontario, work from office
1–3 years of experience as a corporate clerk or paralegal
Licensed paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario

The work

Lead the legal integration workstream for newly acquired companies
Build out legal integration workflows and manage approved templates
Review data rooms and assist in collecting diligence information
Transfer registered agent services and complete state registrations
