Join Brightstar.AI as an intern to enhance AI systems through research and engineering. You'll work on building evaluation environments and contribute to the AI Twin Board project in Miami.

Currently enrolled in a Masters or PhD program or postdoctoral researcher
1+ years of experience with LLMs or Agents

The work

Design and build realistic agent environments and task suites
Develop and calibrate agentic LLM judges against human evaluations
Build diagnostic tooling to analyze agent failure modes
Contribute to the AI Twin Board build-out and extend evaluation approaches to other initiatives
