$300,000 – $350,000 USD per year
25% performance-based bonus + equity

The work

Ship enterprise-grade models by post-training and fine-tuning them for business domains
Build bespoke evaluation suites and define quality metrics for domain-specific tasks
Curate high-impact datasets and manage production data flywheels
Engage directly with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical metrics
