$120K–$140K base salary plus 10% variable, ~$130K–$155K OTE, and equity

Own and evolve ICPs, buyer personas, and buyer journeys
Develop positioning and messaging based on customer needs
Coordinate product launch roadmap and go-to-market strategy
Build and maintain competitive intelligence program
