Details

Toronto, hybrid position (3-4 days in office)
$80k CAD total compensation ($60k base + $20k uncapped bonus)
1-2 years of outbound sales experience preferred

The work

Create outbound pipelines through cold calling, email, and social outreach
Maintain accurate CRM records and track performance metrics
Collaborate with Account Executives to refine messaging and strategies
Participate in coaching and training to enhance team performance
