Join ARB Interactive as a Performance Creative Associate to create engaging video content for our gaming brand. You'll work quickly to turn ideas into testable videos, collaborating closely with the User Acquisition team.

Details

Remote or hybrid work option available, with 2–3 days per week in Miami or NYC office
2-3 years of experience in video editing or content production
Fluent with AI tools for video, image, and voice generation

The work

Transform rough ideas into testable videos in days
Write hooks and scripts, and create videos using gameplay and AI-generated material
Analyze video performance metrics to inform future content
Collaborate with the User Acquisition team to align on creative strategies
