Join the Customer Success team in NYC to shape customer onboarding and support processes. You'll be the first line of defense for clients, ensuring they receive value from our platform.

1-2 years of client-facing work experience, ideally at a SaaS company
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

The work

Own all aspects of customer implementation, onboarding, and support
Conduct kick-off calls with new customers for successful setup
Act as the first responder for customer-reported issues
Collaborate with Engineering to resolve complex incidents
