2+ years of experience in digital marketing or media buying
Experience with Google Ads and at least one other paid platform

The work

Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
Manage and scale advertising budgets focusing on ROI and ROAS
Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and acquisition
Monitor and optimize key metrics: CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV
