The work

Lead, mentor, and coach engineers across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
Facilitate architectural discussions and provide technical direction
Oversee project execution: unblock teams, manage timelines, and coordinate efforts
Support team growth through hiring, onboarding, and building an inclusive culture
