Job description

You will manage the implementation process for new customers at Kenko in Bengaluru. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure they successfully adopt the platform.

Details

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation or similar customer-facing role
  • Working hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST

The work

  • Own the end-to-end implementation of new customers from handoff to launch
  • Build implementation plans and manage timelines
  • Configure and train customers on Kenko
  • Identify risks and blockers early and drive them to resolution
