Job description

You will lead a team in assembling components for the SPARC Tokamak in Devens, MA. This role involves hands-on work and collaboration with engineers to ensure high-quality assembly.

Details

Devens, MA, on-site
Hourly pay + 15% differential
Full-time, third shift (Monday–Friday, 10 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.)
Experience in building and handling large equipment or structures

The work

Oversee and organize technician teams for assembly activities
Handle and integrate large electromagnetic coils and vacuum vessels
Assign work orders and adjust schedules as needed
Collaborate with engineers and quality groups to resolve issues
