You will be the first internal legal hire at Array Labs, working closely with business teams to structure and close agreements. Your role involves building the legal function from the ground up while advising on risk and compliance.

Experience with technology agreements, data and software licensing, and hardware sales

The work

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with business development and sales teams
Advise on balancing business objectives with legal protections
Build the commercial legal function, including drafting templates and establishing processes
Serve as the interface for specialized external counsel and corporate attorneys
