Job description

You will lead the global tax function for Alpaca, ensuring compliance and strategy across multiple jurisdictions. This remote role involves collaboration with various teams to support the company's growth and international expansion.

Details

Remote - America
8-10+ years of relevant tax experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA and/or Master’s in Taxation preferred

The work

Own the company’s global tax function, including strategy, compliance, and reporting
Manage U.S. federal, state, and international income tax compliance
Develop and maintain transfer pricing policies and intercompany agreements
Partner with Finance, Legal, and other teams to provide tax guidance on new products and business decisions
