Job description

Join Alpaca's remote Crypto team to oversee daily operations and customer activities. You'll play a key role in trading, account management, and compliance.

3+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Core working hours around 9am to 5pm PT

The work

Monitor and surveil customer activity daily
Handle trading, new accounts, and cash management tasks
Assist with customer onboarding and KYC processes
Support the Anti-Money Laundering Program and investigations
