- Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience
- 10+ years in Data Analytics, with team leadership experience
- Deep data platform experience, Databricks preferred

- Define and execute a unified analytics strategy with stakeholders
- Lead BI and platform strategy for various user personas
- Drive operationalisation of the data estate and establish standards
- Own Data Governance outcomes for Analytics and build an AI-ready data estate
