You will lead the Analytics team in Pune, focusing on data strategy and governance. This role requires significant experience in analytics and leadership within a global SaaS environment.

Pune, hybrid work model (3 days in office)
Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience
10+ years in Data Analytics, with team leadership experience
Deep data platform experience, Databricks preferred

The work

Define and execute a unified analytics strategy with stakeholders
Lead BI and platform strategy for various user personas
Drive operationalisation of the data estate and establish standards
Own Data Governance outcomes for Analytics and build an AI-ready data estate
