Tokyo Area, travel support within Japan and Asian countries as needed
3+ years of field service experience preferred
Skills in troubleshooting complex electro-opto-mechanical equipment and software integration

Install, qualify, repair, and maintain automated workflow solutions and protein analytical equipment
Provide remote support and troubleshooting to customers
Log service cases and detailed reports in Salesforce CRM
Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
