Job description

You will manage ecommerce operations and drive project execution in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in digital systems and fulfillment workflows.

Details

  • Los Angeles, California, onsite 4 days a week
  • 6–8+ years of experience in ecommerce operations or project management
  • Must be authorized to work in the US, no visa sponsorship available

The work

  • Own daily ecommerce operational KPIs including order flow and fulfillment quality
  • Drive cross-functional ecommerce initiatives and manage project timelines
  • Maintain working knowledge of ecommerce platforms like Shopify Plus
  • Manage and support the Ecommerce Operations Coordinator
