Job description

You will supervise and manage ABA therapy for children with autism in a center-based setting. This role includes developing treatment plans and collaborating with a team of professionals.

Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field required
BCBA Certification required

The work

Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate with Behavior Technicians
Lead intake meetings with new clients and families
Train and supervise an average caseload of 6 clients
Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children as necessary
